Game crash via STO and Arc lanucher

  @ambassadorkael#6946 after yesterday´s patch something goes wrong. I got several craches within the game. Got the Cryptic loading screen than the Star Trak Online House Shattered logo loading screen and then always the game crashes. I need explanation why ? Before this patch everything goes smoothly. I could reply this post to support column of STOs forum too. I tried the STO and also the ARC official launcher. I am using win 7 Intel graphics 3000 if you need this information. Also my friends which play the game has the similar problem.
