STO Bug Character Customization colors won't stop syncing together

Had this problem forever it seems, is there someway to turn off that feature that makes the colors sync with the rest of the outfit?

    It's not a feature. It's an actual bug.

    Try hitting randomize on the area you're working on and re-do it.

    I just tried it, it still is unfortunately changing my entire uniform and i've tried doing that randomize on all my outfit too. I've also filed a report with STO, but $10 bet says they push it under the rug
