Gameclient.exe does not respond

Sent in support ticket #362212.
After loading Arc and clicking PLAY, I get the STO Launcher. After clicking Engage button, it says connecting to Account Server, then screen just goes black and the gameclient.exe stops responding.
Tried force verify in options, uninstall and re-install and nothing. Internet connection is fine and all drivers and Windows updates are up-to-date. Other games working just fine.
Game was fine a couple of days ago as I was able to log in and play without issue. Any suggestions are appreciated. Support hasn't responded to my ticket at all after a couple of days, so doubtful I will get any help on that front.

Dear Devs: I enjoyed the Legacy of Romulus expansion much more than the Delta Rising expansion. .
