    I do not know who that is. As things look now you can not reclaim them on multiple chars. Think this is not wai though and will change.

    The officers are Lorca, Landry, Burnham, Straal, Stamets, and Tilly. Like most people, you're probably wondering 'who is Straal?' he's the guy from the Glenn that worked with Staments on the Spore Drive. Not sure why they made one for him.

    And no you can't reclaim. One time only for one character. :disappointed:

    Straal was used because he was used in the AoD mission on board the Glenn so they had an npc asset ready, though if you notice he's a "generic" npc model rather purpose built one that matches the actor.

    Straal, the workbuddy of Lt. Stamets who was separated by Starfleet from his team to work faster, who was killed by a tardigrade on the Glenn. With that said maybe in the future Holo Saru will be in there.

    By the tardigrade or by the weird Philadelphia project like effects of slamming into a superstring because of bad navigation.

    The easy answer is they either couldn't or just didn't get the rights to use the actor's likeness, and since Straal never actually appeared on screen they didn't need to worry about that.
