game server disconnect causing "leaver penalty"

  This can happen from time to time. There's no big deal about getting a penalty, you just won't be allowed to join another event for 30 minutes. After that the penalty is removed.

  Yes; I understand that it is only 30 minutes, that was not my point. It should not have garnered a penalty at all since it was a server hiccup (or other tech issue).
