Why cant i start klingon civil war episode ?

me and my friends are on federation toons and the episode for new klingon episode (The center cannot hold) is greyed out and we r not eligible. anybody know why? are their requirements to be met to be able to run it? the web has yielded nothing that can help me.

    I would presume you're trying to team in a mission that's restricted to single player?

    we were in a team at the time yes but i was able to pick up the mission but they were not and i cant for the life of me figure out why

    i even tryed to share the mission with them whilst we were in a group and it said they were not eligible

    That's because it's a single-player mission. You can't team for it.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    ok i can accept that and we kind of figured that so we broke the group up and they tried to do it again and it was stil greyed out and they couldnt pick up the mission. so im not sure if this is a bug or if they need to run the story quests that r before . that end with measure of morality 1 and 2....

    If that's the case, see if they can skip the missions before Measure of Morality.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
