Inventory Filter - Quality setting bug

If you open your inventory window in Star Trek Online,
Click the down arrow in the top left of the window to bring out the filter options,
Then click the down arrow on the "Quality" option,
you will see a drop down menu with options for every item quality in the game.
Every option in that drop down menu is capable of being toggled, Except for the "Uncommon" and "Rare" options.
For whatever reason, These two options can not be turned off.
I have confirmed this bug with both several friend in the states as well as overseas.
I have also submitted a support ticket on this issue.
I was told to post about it here so the devs would have an easy reference to the problem.
I will be posting below links to 3 screenshots. one of which is slightly edited with MS Paint so to highlight the problem section.
I would appreciate it if anyone who can also reproduce this problem please post so in here.

I just noticed. However, I provided screenshots and a detailed description of the issue and how to reproduce it.
Plus, I was sent here by the Game-Masters and was told to post here from their response to my support ticket.
Thank you "edrickvellorin" for sending in a bug report. The more people that do so, the higher chance we have of getting this issue fixed.
