A bug in the PVE game.

Yesterday, 11/15/2020 while playing PVE in my PC,(bug report - 351102) I found myself locked in a room with the last task.
But the game got stuck and I couldn't get out of the room. I was constantly thrown at the beginning of the script
and I could not win alone, but of the same as me, only one person remained,
which also disappeared after some time.
As a result, I got an unfair ban for half an hour. And also lost all possible prizes.
If someone also faced a similar problem, write,
maybe this will help the developers make our favorite game better.
