Could Support Help with a Deleted Item ?

So today I went to fly around the defiant ship you get at level 61 that comes with the cloak console, Only odd thing is that in the equipment window it showed the cloak console as greyed out and "on another ship", I checked my other ships and nothing, Checked my inventory and bank, Nothing, Only conclusion I can come to is I must have somehow deleted it by accident.

So my question is this, Is this something a GM could help with by respawning the item ?

I have put in a ticket but just wanted to get peoples experience on what to expect.

    Did you try clicking on it at a ship selector and seeing if it was somewhere in the list of consoles that comes up?

    I do that sometimes when I come across that and sometimes it was on another ship or something and I missed seeing it when checking myself.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Yep tried that, Nowhere to be found sadly, Just have to hope I get a GM that is in a good mood.

    wish I could send you one. I'm sure the Legendary defiant comes with it and I never use fed cloaks.
    did you get it from the retrofit defiant ot the Gal-X? if the galaxy, you can dismiss it and reclaim it and get it.

    I think the retrofit is the only one other than the legendary that came with the cloak, and I'm pretty sure you cannot reclaim the retrofits, you have to but them again

    if you bought it with the V token you might be able to get another from the fleet shipyard. I got it from the C store so I have no idea how much they are. if you got it from the c store just dismiss the one you have and get another

    AFAIK the ship you get granted for free at 61, The Defiant T5 in my case, Is only available once.
