Fleet Dranuur Mine proc broken.

Fleet Dranuur mines have a Proc but nothing is listed in the tool tip or on the text of the mines and I cannot see any proc effect triggering.

Also Dranuur Quantum Mine can have the Radius mod. Is this mod working? Would it be possible for mines to list the radius as different mines have different radius and nothing in game tells you this. Do Dranuur Quantum's have the free radii's all Quantum's have so can be x4 radius?

    I used the new in game item problem section that replaces the old bug report and was told to repost here. This bug is still ongoing.
