Tribble server starts game Holodeck crashes 23ca69 error Anyone else with this issue?

GAME PLAY BUG REPORT SUB FORUM link not functioning .
For the last 2 days There have been daily updates and when I try to Engage Holodeck after it finishes loading - BAM desk top with Arc error message . Tribble starts without issue. Is anyone else having this issue?
I tried reinstalling the game but ARC failed to launch setup.

    Sounds like there's a corrupt file on Holodeck that has a different version on Tribble, try Force Verify in options. Failing that, try installing via Steam instead.

    No need to install from Steam.

    Open the Launcher, click Options, and do either or both of the following.
    1) Click on Force Verify
    If that doesn't help...
    2) Startup in Safe Mode (You will have to set your graphics settings up).

    The second step 'should' fix most loading issues.

    Also, make sure that On Demand Patching is off before you do the Force Verify.

    Still trying to get anything to work yet.
    PS:Tribble/Holodeck option is now gone.
    Started in SAFE MODE. nothing different than normal log in CRYPTIC logo loading bar. bar finishes loading. Flickers goes to CRYPTIC loading bar crashes at approx. 7%. no SAFE MODE settings options nothing different. Can't even Reinstall game Thru Arch
    Even tried installing Via STEAM and the same issue.
    Cryptic support is gone and it shunts to ARCH support. It says I haven't played in over a year. and no Tickets to view.

    that sounds like your antivirus/malware settings are thinking STO is a virus. I had a program, I'd download it, click install, and as the thing installed the antivirus was going behind the installer erasing everything
