Why Has cryptic not solved this problem for the console systems yet yet

I am trying to play STO the "Yesterday's War" starting with "Temporal Ambassador" mission, I get with and issue. Once I get to the Enterprise C part, and try to enter the ship the "Map Failed" happens. I understand that it may be a bug in the system or the console and it can be hard to figure where the problem is. Please lets get real the "Yesterday's War" arc has been around since 2013. Don't you think it's either time to fix the issue or delete the arc. I use the Xbox console

Temporal Ambassador was working fine earlier this year when it was accessed as a incoming hail as a single stand alone mission. It broke when they tried to insert it into the "Yesterdays War" story arc. Why they tried doing this without first testing that it would work is beyond me, they should have left it where it was until they knew they could actually do it and get it to work.
