Cannot Cancel "Claim a Fleet Ship Module" in Discovery Reputation (PS4)

I've maxed out my Discovery rep with one of my characters, but I continue to do the hourly support with him to try to get some more tactical bellum consoles. However, I accidentally clicked on the "Claim a Fleet Ship Module" project, and I can't cancel it--the cancel button is not there. I haven't tried this out with any other rep (since I don't want to be stuck with it). Is anyone else having this problem?

    The game is down for maintenance so I can't go look, but there are some things that can't be cancelled once started, possibly the fleet modules are one of those tasks.

    I just checked and when I select a fleet module in the discovery reputation and press start it brings up a dialog that says it can not be cancelled before it proceeds to let me actually try and fill it. So I would say this is operating as designed.
