Dilithium Ore for Lifetime Membership Not Auto Refining

My account has NEVER auto refined dilithium ore, I normally only play on the weekends, Monday thru Friday I normally do not play. When I log back into my account after 5 days of not playing I have the same amount of dilithium ore on both of my characters.

    You need to log in on a character to have DIlithium auto-refine.
