On all of my characters the Skills tree says "Skills Invalid"

    Everyone has that. Something about "changing the underlying code" though if the interface didn't change I don't know why they'd invalidate the tree. As far as I can tell the skills still work so if you have allocated all points you'll ever get then I guess you can ignore it?

    [EDIT] NVM, apparently there are things you can't do if you don't go ahead and do the retrain.

    As I understand it, when you get a "Skills Invalid" message, you can retrain for free.

    Yep, that's what they say as long as you use the button next to the message I guess.
