Cannot submit an ARC support ticket because of error

I can't believe I have to try and find support for the bloody support system! I am trying to submit a ticket on support.arcgames.com related to STO but I cannot submit the ticket because it always gives the error: Related Date: is invalid. I have no idea why it is doing this, it happens when I enter any date. One cannot even enter a date manually but must select one from the popup calendar, so it can't be a formatting issue. Please can anyone help me?

    I resolved the issue by starting again and leaving the date field blank. Fix your s**t PWI.
