Unable to access other characters

Hello and to whomever on the team that manages this side of things, but I am unable to access my other characters other than the one I played most recently on the server. When I try to log on with the other character it just sort of hangs with a loading... next to the the character options. I have tried force verifying the files, logging out and back in, and restarting the game as a whole with no success on any of them. If there is anything that can be done as a sort of work around or to be looked into please let me know.

    1) I was experiencing this same problem until the patch today. For me, it is now fixed.

    2) In the future, remember to post things like this under Bug Reports.
