STILL NOT FIXED! Getting Box for Event Reward instead of dilithium ore

Getting a box that I cannot open instead of 50k event reward.
Box is labeled, "Event Bonus Reward," but cannot be opened or anything done with it.

Had a ticket that was closed and they said the information was passed to the devs.
If it doesn't work open a ticket, heard they can help with that.
I completed the Best Served Cold TFO. The event UI says "Daily Bonus Unlocked" and the 20 hour cooldown in running, but I did not receive the bonus Dilithium. Additionally, the UI states that the next reward will be 11,000 dilithium, but I'm fairly sure this is only the second day I've been eligible for the bonus dil.
Patch did not fix the issue for me.
Not even getting the boxes now.
Ticket asked me to attach screen shots, that have been attached since prior to creating this thread.
Guessing they not only cannot read the ticket presented, but cannot read the threads either:
