Are they account or character unlocked?

I was pondering getting the Gamma Expansion since it's on sale, and it's kinda iffy on how the bridge officers are claimed. Are the three officers claimable for the character that buys the pack or are they unlocked for the whole account like with the other Z-Store BOFFs?

    I figured and hoped so for $150, but again, it's worded vaguely on the store and on the tab here, so I wasn't sure.

    I just now claimed them on a Federation human captain, so definitely account-wide, faction-wide.

    Yep, account wide reclaim, though you can only have one of each profession. Max of one each of Tactical, Science and Engineering per character, but you can claim the boxes that have them inside as many times as you like (handy if you dismiss one you meant to use.)
