KDF TOON UNABLE TO ACCESS TFO'S

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The response I received from support was that this is a known issue. I operate a fleet, and cannot even grind for my fleet. When is this major issue, which prevents progress in-play, going to be resolved?

    Have you replayed Duties of Command?
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.

    I have the same issue on my Klingon Liberated Borg (KDF). I had previously had STFs/TFOs available, but now the list is no longer populated.
