Baseball caps

I can't seem to add a cap to any outfit on my Disco Vulcan. I tried logging off (to see if my Jem'Hadar still had his cap - he did) but when I came back it still wasn't available. There is a "Baseball tight curly" hair option but it doesn't take over the headgear option like I saw on they Jem'Hadar and it doesn't show up on his head.

Anyone else having this problem? I tried searching but only got one post from 2018.

    I looked at head type, it's just normal Vulcan head presets. For my Jem'Hadar it was a hairstyle but the only baseball hair style on this guy is all hair, no cap. I even tried changing to the baseball costume type and I got the uniform, but still no hat option.
