Does Enhanced Tipler Cylinder give bonus exotic damage or just regular boost?

Howdy, on the wiki Enhanced Tipler Cylinder has the listed buff of "+15% exotic damage" and I know this normally means that it is just the normal boost and not "bonus" damage, but on DPS League in their science guide it lists the boost as "+15% bonus exotic damage". I'm wondering which information is correct, thanks for the help.

    It gives a flat bonus of 15%. At end game there's consoles that double that bonus so eventually you will want to evaluate the pros and cons of this console.

    Thanks for the info, if it was bonus, it would probably be more of a priority for me, as it is just normal, I'll let it slide.
