*Fixed 7/23 patch* Cannot claim Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack

I recently won a contest and received a code for the Federation Fleet Admiral Faction Pack. I was able to redeem the code just fine in the launcher, but when I open the "STORE" and go to the "Promotions" tab to claim the package I get the error:
"Unable to complete transaction: that item cannot currently be purchased."
I tried to check online how to deal with this error, but all I could find was to make sure I have room in my inventory, and make sure I have enough ship slots. I double checked and I have enough of each.
I contacted support, and they told me this is a bug, and I should post here.
I'm hoping you can help me out, and thanks in advance for your time!

Still don't know what the original issue was, but all is good now.
