Hanging Launcher and Idle Disconnect Errors

Oh boy this is a grand issue I've already checked and my arc launcher and game is on my antivirus/firewall safelist as well as auto launches in Administrator mode. So here's the problem, Arc hangs checking for updates. When it finally loads and I launch STO it hangs for a bit again. Than the STO Launcher comes up. The second I put my password in and click login it freezes and Than it boots me back to the login section. I click login again and i get "Connecting to Account Server." Than it laods up like it's going toverify like it always does and about 30 seconds after that "Connection was Idling for Too Long" What?!

EDIT/UPDATE: I have two versions of arc on my system One is on my External Hard Drive from when my old laptop died (Mobo not the hdd) and one i put on here while I was waiting for an external enclosure for said hdd. I booted off the External this morning and everything's fine. I boot off my main hard drive and it does this lock up time out glitch. I have no freaking clue. I guess I'll have to boot externally. Oh and as for the laptops in question, they both have the same hardware A10 Quadcore, AMD Raedon R6m and 32gn DDR4 Ram. So it's not a hardware issue the onyl difference is this new laptop has no disc drive and is a 14" not a 17" and quite frankly I really don't care. I'm dumbfounded in all my years of pc building and tuning over this one.
