Am I allowed to run races and give out Prices?

A long time ago when Zen was Cryptic. I for fun run races for players.
Like a mini tournament with prices.
I was given a warning and so I shut down.

My question today is...
Can I advertise in the Forum and Chat in game for a race competition where I will give Energy Credits, Keys and R&D boxes to the winners?

I will be asking nothing from the participants, free to enter.

I like the idea. Unless it breaks any tertiary rules, it looks like a giveaway of virtual goods.

My guess is that it is ok.
I may do a test run tonight on the Alpha Quadrant Zone chat and see if there is any interest by players.

Champions Online has a long tradition of costume contests where the prizes are in-game stuff given out by other players. Those are fine.

    2nd place $200,000 and 1 point

Semifinals (to be scheduled at a later date) will include the top players selected by #points/#races

The Prizes will include a "Trophy"
1st place A master Key and place in the Finals
2nd place $1,000,000 and a chance to play in the finals if there is a no show.

The Finals (to be scheduled after the semifinals) will include the winners from the semifinals and if there is a no show, a second place racer.

Nothing wrong with that with some garlic and onions.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
