20th Cryptic Anniversary Pack, got to find In Mudd's, not promotion TAB.

Seems I was one of the lucky one who could CLAIM this before it disappeared, but not yet discovered how some of the Account-wide, items are reclaimable like the Platinum Tartigrade, along with perhaps 1-2 other items... ...perhaps.

    Okay seems it was a Mudd Market Promotion, rather than a regular typical one. >:)

    I actually claimed it last night with no problems on my main Federation, Delta Recruit, Temporal Recruit, Fed-Romulan, KDF, DSC, and Fed'Hadar characters. I went through Mudd's Market, to the tab called Bundles and claimed it. I had zero zen as my balance so hope that helps pinpoint the problem for why some players are not able to claim the bundle from the Featured or Mudd's Market section of the C-Store.

    The original bundle is in "Mudd's Market" > "Bundles" and once claimed, the reclaimable part for other character should be there, not in the "Promotions" tab as we were all expecting.

    Yea, that is what greatly confused me, and several of my friends cause after claiming it in Featured Items, I searched thru every section except Mudd's and couldn't find it. That was until I finally posed my note earlier this morning above. :)

    So nice they made this Tardigrade far smaller, than the Legendary One with Discovery Pack.

    Claiming through the Muds are is not working for me. Damn it.

    I found it fine in Mudd's Market, as a reclaim.

    Once the pack is claimed for the first time and the "reclaim" pack is available in Mudd's, there is no longer a countdown showing. does this mean it will remain available to new characters like reclaimable items in the Promotions tab?
