Are gold ship trophies gone?

Just wondering if you can still acquire these? I have a max level romulan-fed captain and my only option is the Miranda

    Get them from Quarks Bar. One of the NPC's let's you buy them for GPL IIRC.

    Just wondering if they are any romulan Captain's that do have all the gold ships or is this something that romulans never got
