Can't start mission Werehouse and unlock Yesterday's

I seen reddit articles dated 2016 were players can't access the Werehouse mission and some can't unlock the yesterday's war. I would think by now that's fixed so what did I do wrong. I rebooted my Xbox even waited till I'm maxed level and I made sure my auto hailing is on. Is there something I'm missing or is there a work around? Here ar pics of what i completed

    you do not actually need to complete every mission to continue, you can skip almost all the missions if you wanted to to open them all up.

    the only thing that really stops you from play certain missions is if you have not either skipped or played every mission prior to the one you want to play including the tfo missions.

    so go through all your previous missions and hit your x button on them if is says skip it means you have not skipped or played it so you can choose to skip it them.

    thank you for trying to help but That was in the 2016 reddit form as well. I linked pics to show I did every mission but one werehouse and that one there is only one option hail when you press X more options.

    another way you could try it is if you team up with someone that can do it and they share the mission with you.

    i was able to complete missions like that with a friends help when they first brought out the jem'hadar and some mission i could not start on my own as a jem'hadar for some reason.
