About a week ago at the end of a TFO I noticed another player had a buff called Enemy Shield Analysis and that it had stacked 30 times and looked like it was there "until leave map" the same way History Will Remember works. I've tried searching it but can't find out anything about it. So - what is it? What does it do and where do you get it from?

It's a stacking shield penetration buff.
