Power Tray Option?

On the space power tray on one of my toons it has on the far left buttons to fire weapons. My other toons trays don't have these. Is there a option that I am not seeing to put the weapons fire button on these trays too?

    Big personal tray #1 is the tray. On the far left side of the tray I have nothing yet on my main toon on the far left side I have the buttons to fire weapons. If something is hid how do I unhide it?

    I have looked at other people's accounts and noticed there are no hide/show buttons on the Big Personal Tray #1. This one toon of mine seems to be unique in the fact his tray shows the fire weapons in two trays in the Ship's Weapons tray and the Big Personal Tray #1. This is truly strange. I want all my toons to have Auxiliary Control ... for weapons. Guess I sold my Bolian Engineer short on talent ...lol
