Looking for a Smaller XBox One KDF Fleet To Join

Good Day everyone. I am a long term player since season 2 on PC. I took a break for a few years and about a year ago I started playing again on XBox One. I do have a TOS character but my main character is a KDF aligned Jem'Hadar. I have a built up a couple of good ships and am looking for a KDF fleet to join. I play daily but not always at the same time. My preference would be a fleet that is smaller and maybe newer as I would be willing to help build it up. I have had a couple of invites online before but have not wanted to join a fleet that is completely built up. If you are a smaller XBox One KDF fleet looking for someone that is willing to help you build it up please feel free to let me know. Thank you.

    I also wouldn't mind playing TFOs or missions together from time to time.

    if you knew 3 other players....we could possibely start our own fleet? As i'm looking to do.

    I'm interested in creating/starting a new fleet for Star Trek Online via Xbox One. If you'd like to, i'd be happy to work with others to do so.
