Jem'hadar recon ship for console?

is there any way we can get the offer for the Jem'hadar Recon ship on ps4/xbox as well? I feel it is a crime to pay someone 1.5 bil for a ship I want to use for the Jem'hadar dread carrier as a frigate. I have not been very lucky trying the Phoenix box tabs for the standard attack ship, but I have lobi saved just in case this happens there.
