Reached lvl 50 but got no new ship token

I hit level 50 on one of my characters but when the promotion quest came up it never gave me the level 50 ship token. I've tried going to both the romulan flotilla and the Klingon homeworld but neither of them will let me get a new ship

    There is not a new ship at level 50 (unless, as coldnapalm mentioned, you have the LTS). Your next (and last) free ship would be at level 61, where you get a choice of one of a few T5 (Upgradable) "retrofit" ships, which are otherwise sold for Zen. If you are LTS, you get that choice twice, first at 50 aqnd a second one at 61.

    Not sure how true this is anymore. I have a Romulan (well, Reman) toon, Klingon Allied. I too was given a Promotion mission at lvl 50 that will not resolve. The GMs have no answer for me and told me to mention it here. No mention was made of requiring a LTS...
    The reputation system got nerfed to prevent "power creep"; it's called an investment in time and money, and I think I should get a little something for my time and money like being able to stomp the TRIBBLE out of a new guy since I've been playing for three years now! :D

    A click at the XP-bar on top of the screen could help. At lvl 50 it says "permission to buy next rank of ships" instead of "new ship".

    There's a promotion mission for level 50 but it does not award a ship. The two are separate.
