AFK Penalty/Loading screen

Yeah looked like doing crystaline entity it got stuck on loading screen and wouldn't do anything so I never actually loaded into the match but then when I had to terminate the client I got an afk penalty that was great... Now its gambling to see if you can actually play the game lol.

    Have you turned off On-Demand patching in the Options section of the Star Trek Online launcher and then clicked on the box that says Force-Verify? If you do this before you click Engage you should avoid being stuck on a loading screen unless there is a bug that has recently been re-introduced into a patch. Thanks. :)
