Bought the lifetime subscription did not get account bank slots

I bought the lifetime subscription package, I received everything else the package said, except the account bank slots. I checked the c store thinking maybe I had to claim them but only thing there was ones to buy.

    I'd open a customer service request to LOG &/or Track it, be kind and explain that you received everything but got no Account Bank unlocked. Maybe they can help you, at least you'll get a reply from a Game Master in 1 day, and ask if there is anything they can do to help.
