Is it possible to transfer a character to a different account?

When I started playing on XBOX one a couple years ago, I gave my young daughter a character slot. Recently I let her set up her own account, and I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer that character to her new account.

    nope. my favorite toon is on @Vetteguy904's account, my Borg 3.14159 of Pi I suppose I could always re-create her.. and make her a tac...

    I'm going to say it's definitely "possible". As in, if a high-ranking dev really really wanted it done for their account, tech support would find a way to copy the data over. But is it "probable" for you or me? No, sorry.
