Loss of exchange items

I placed various items in bundles of 90- 170 items in the exchange totaling around 200 million EC on April 24, 2020. I went back to the exchange about 10 minuets after and saw that all of my items where gone. I then logged back on the next day and saw that two item bundles successfully sold. So I do not know if the items sold and I did not receive my EC or if the items disappeared.

    Ok thanks maybe the EC just has not been deposited yet.

    The items where all put on one character and they just disappeared from the exchange on said character about ten minutes after i put them up. So I looked at my mail slot and there was a mail drop for two of the items and eventually a third and I did recieve the EC for those items. They where placed a little after the update on the 24th while inside Q's wonderland almost immediately after using some of them to purchase the Lobi bundle.
