I do not see any hails for any of the missions of the "Spectres" story arc under the "incoming hails" tab. Is the mission located somewhere else for console users or am I missing something? I am playing a TOS Starfleet character if that is relevant at all.
Oh no please don't tell me it is unavailable for new console captains just like Lost Dominion and Cold War. Well if it is true then do tell me. I have spent way too much time looking for the first mission of Spectres.
I guess I should also mention that I play STO on Xbox One and not PS4.
If it like the PC version I think you need to be level 65 now to access them. I don’t think you can still get the Breen Boff though. But the Jem Haddar can. My Cardassian Character opened it up...but I had to wait till 65
