Greetings Captains!
We will be having a maintenance tomorrow, 4/9 at 7AM Pacific for 2.5 hours on PC and 2 hours on Console. (What time is this for me?)

    'Resolved a minor typo on Tellerite Badges' - I hope you didn't change it like this, because it's TELLARITE not Tellerite...

    The typo in the notes is how it's spelled in the tailor. As far as I remember, it was spelled correctly when I picked it from the list upon opening the box. One I can check after the patch, while the other I can no longer check on my account.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Improved performance of various HUD elements throughout the game.
    Would really fix the game if all the ground and space powers would activate instantly and reliably.

    Look forward to the added hair options, and other little fixes.

    "Doubled the Warp Core Potential boosts on the Warp Theorist trait." I hope that's enough of a boost to make it worthwhile slotting.

    Currently the holodeck server (for PC) is completely down, so no one is able to patch.

    This has now been rectified

    When the Extra Discount for Dilitium Ships (last I saw it was 35%) is over at the Ship Vendor.

    AFK penalty for First Contact Day queue has NOT been fixed. I just got it after I logged in after the patch.

    Hi, what is the odd/average of getting the T6 boxes over the lobi crystals on Xbox, just as I’ve brought around 80 - bundles since the update and only have crystals

    all those accolade related changes and fixes look really interesting - especially the riker's apprentice one...maybe now i'll actually be able to get it since damaging multiple ships with a metreon cloud is way easier than blowing them up

    now if you could take a look at the kelsid patrol accolades...i hear people have been having a lot of trouble getting those to trigger​​

    Why can we not use featured TFO commendations we have left over to finish the current event? I'm kinda done shooting borg :/

    The queue is currently being worked on. They sent multiple ingame messages as well as messages on facebook and twitter it was coming down for a short period to attempt a hotfix. At the time of this message they should be just finishing and it should be live shortly

    Because this isn't a TFO or episode, it's technically a patrol... the longest patrol ever... on the ground... with actor voiceovers and such. So.. yeah.

    If you remember from last year, they sold something completely different for this Event's Buyout, Zefram Cochran Memorial Holograms instead of Featured TFO Tokens. Any extra of those Holograms were unceremoniously oblitered about two months after you may have earned or PURCHASED them.

    As stated this is not a Featured TFO Event this is a First Contact (21-day) Day Event.

    And by the way, last year's FCD Event Reward (that you earned in 4 not 14 days) still pops out of the Reclaim Store at Mk X (for a Level 65 Character), with no free upgrades to Mk XII. Compare that with the Cyclical Weapons that pop out of their Reclaim Boxes at Mk XIV for Level 65 Characters.

    Just got the AFK penalty bug. Did have the backpack on and collected and upgraded all three parts of the model.

    The Riker updates may indicate either Riker content being added or Son'A content being added.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    i see that in the dilithium store it now tells you what your discount is which is 15%, but if your in a gamma spot of an armada that is level 700+ shouldn't that discount be 35%?

    This is frustrating. Before this patch, I had the no backpack bug once and never got the AFK bug. Since the patch, I've had the no backpack bug twice and I'm getting the AFK bug every single day. This "fix" made things worse.

    And with my prior experience with patrols, I won't even bother trying that one again. First two days and couldn't progress. Which is exactly what happened with the patrols released a while back. They'd get to a point and then not move on. A fix was released for those and I tried them again, only to have the same issue in the same spot. Have not and will not run them again.

    The ONLY plus is that events are now account wide and not per character, so I just need to continue to switch thru characters until I get one that can actually complete the blasted thing.

    Seeing that this hasn't made it to the forums, and this is the most recent posting from Cryptic I see... I need to start with this https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11407893 and be asking... Have you people lost your minds?

    While I know you're trying to create a sense of "festivity and positivity" in light of the COVID-19 panic and dealing with isolation from the world thanks to that losing-their-minds frenzy, this sort of thing has the same sort of tastelessness that comes from people complete ignorant of the tradition that Christmas in July in the Healthcare system (in the northern hemisphere) for the terminal patients that aren't going to be make it to the traditional December/Christmas season.

    There might be better ways to recycling the code, I'm sure... But in this case, I'm not too keen on the whole proliferation of the panic seems to be done in extremely poor taste.

    Summer Event is still going to be on around June/July, so having Winter and Summer Events going on at the same time would be a bit much. That would make a break between the two events (2019 winter for a month) and the 2020 Summer Event about a month long.
