never received initial Duty Officers

Finished the quest to get my initial duty officers. didn't get any. Actually deleted the character and started over, same issue. a friend leveled 2 characters to level 11 after and both received their duty officers.

    I also got this, but I’m on the PS4. Also yesterday, April 1.

    I got this bug over a week ago and again today. Last time I'd turned in the quest remotely, but this time I went straight to Klingon Academy to speak to S'stas and still got the bug.

    I know it won't be fixed, either, because last time I sent in a ticket regarding not getting them the GM told me that the initial DOffs aren't important.
