I been playing this game for years and never been the kind of person that understands how things go together to make a ship work well. So I basically starting from scratch on a build on Legendary Miracle Worker Cruiser. If it is R&D I can build most things so let start there I suppose. where can we start?

First off what energy type are you using if you're using phasers I'd recomend grabbing the advanced phasers from the DSC Connie (either the R&D promo or the legendary) as they're more or less the best for low end IIRC there's better ones for high end but if you're starting from practically 0 those are one the best to start with.

EDIT:Rest depends on what you want from the ship, but I'll let people more talented then me talk about that.

Which ship?

1) Constitution Legendary Miracle Worker Light Cruiser

2) Sovereign Legendary Miracle Worker Assault Cruiser

If the LtC universal boff position on your ship were used as a tactical position then the boff layout would be pretty much same as the for the L MW Assault Cruiser.

I wrote up a more comprehensive guide here. Since you've already chosen your energy type and ship, you can probably skip over bullets #3 and #4. The rest is still applicable. Hope it helps.
