And... that is why I am hungry at 7 in the morning. It is still too warm down here to turn the heat on, but downstairs more than likely does have their heat on. Darn Floridians think 50F is a global ice age!
ha 15 dec that could happen when we were in mid Alabama a slight chill comes in from da north hits the gulf air and its like when must have a shutdown for acclimatization . somewhat like a coastal english channel catching the warm french weather and not having a heater or ac above because down the stair heats on. get a nice occolating fan you have the noise -we dont always like forced air close vents for the noise.

Bunnies are quiet pets, so that isn't a bad thing. If anything, a bunny would be an asset in finishing off any left over veggies and salads. I wonder if Mod Pizza serves bunnies?

That's good! The last few drivers have been a pain for older cards, like the R390. My Vega 56 also kept having odd random crashes back before leaving for down here that wasn't an issue with the December drivers.
I am so thankful that people value and hoard toilet paper more than cookies. MORE FOR ME!!! Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Depending on what you have. It might be worth upgrading. I don't feel my Vega 56 is worth upgrading yet. With this virus TRIBBLE too, I am pretty much unemployed until this stuff is under control. Considering it seems to be so much worse up in Toronto than here, I am in no rush to head back north.
If you think you need to upgrade, the 5600's are decent. Just make sure you get one with updated VBIOS though, as it adds about a 10% performance boost. No cheap cards either and definitely no Asus cards. You want good cooling for those cards and Asus has a lot of issues with 5X00 lines and their incorrect TRIBBLE choice, mounting pressure, and nothing contacting the VRAM. Avoid those cards like you would the Covid-19!
Nice one saw a MSI sponsored parts build recently -thats what we have now.
It has been a while since I have owned an MSI GPU. I used to use a lot of their motherboards as well until they started cheaping out on the VRM. Power delivery for all components connected to the motherboard is really important for stability, especially when overclocking. Sapphire's Nitro cards are great though. Out of all of the cards I have owned over the years. Their cards run great and run cool with acceptable noise. PowerColor's Red Dragon cards have some excellent cooling as well for the lower end of the Red Devil line. My Vega 56 is a Red Dragon. Gigabyte's cards seem to be pretty popular as well. I used a lot of the motherboards over the past few years but haven't really used many of their GPU's. Definitely worth a look though, especially if you are using a Gigabyte motherboard.
It is a big card, but it does have 3 fans. It runs fairly cool though although the PCB is custom, so you have to manually overclock it instead of flashing it with the Vega 64 VBIOS.
Potentially, if needed. Just up the voltage on it and it will get warm quick. There is a low voltage tweak for the Vega cards as well, for anyone who thinks the card doesn't need as much. My experience with the PowerColor Vega 56 shows it has some good overclocking headroom at lower than stock voltages. No two cards are created equal though.
How many cookies does it take to buy a GPU? Happy Saturday, everyone!

I think I have played Star Trek Grinding Online more in the past couple of days than I have over the past year. Darn Marks Bonus times. :P Now, if they would only throw in an Upgrade Weekend at some point as well... I might have another character finally at the point of where I am happy with it.

Eagles are superb hunters! Between eagles, hawks, and owls, they are all quite interesting to watch capture their Prey.

We will! There are still no cases here. Hardware Unboxed in YouTube has a good 5600 card round up.
