150k xp bonus pool question

So, I got a 150k xp bonus pool from a lockbox the other day. I don't want to use it on the character that I got it on. It says account bound 4days. I can't send it to my alt that I am leveling. So, why can I not send it to my alt if it says account bound?

    I'm not sure, as I haven't got one, but possibly you have to wait 4 days, before sending it? Maybe try using the account bank.

    If you're on PC, Account Bound stuff can only be transferred via the Account Bank, which has to be purchased.
