Will the Legendary pack be on sale again?

Anyone know if they plan on offering the legendary pack on sale like that again?

    It seems likely to me that it will be like R&D promo packs, zen charge sales, key sales, etc. and pop up now and then. I can't promise you that though. No one except Cryptic can and they have not.

    In the interview where it was first revealed that it was only available for a limited time Kael DID say it would be back at some point. He did not say when though, and he did not say if the discount would ever come back.

    Also, any chance of those ships being sold as singles in the future?
    Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.

    A chance, sure. Anything might happen.

    Expect to pay a lot more than 3,000 zen though if it does happen. A Connie might be 10,000 zen or more.

    It'll be like the promo boxes, making a comeback whenever they want to milk some more cash from players.

    Unless they break it down and put them into muggs market for similar reasons but at an even more inflated price

    will it be up for purchase again? yes I would think it will... probably next year's anniversary. will it be up for sale, ie discount? I do not think so.

    Also, I don't think he said the bundle would definitely return. I think he was more reasoning outloud, that it made sense that Cryptic would, at some point, do a repeat. But I do indeed recall him saying there'd be no guarantee it would return under the exact same conditions (or, adding my own thought, the exact same bundle even).

    there was only one or two ships i was interested in and i wasn't going to fork out such a ludicrous price for a ship or two

    Someone is reporting in the GNN that with the Bundle gone the individual ships do not show up for Reclaim. I haven't verified this, however.

    Just checked, and they are all still available for me to reclaim.

    they were gone - for all of 20 minutes, if that...apparently cryptic realized they were gone unusually fast and moved VERY quickly (also unusual where cryptic is concerned) to fix the problem to avoid having the resulting explosion of rage that would've resulted from inaction from being seen from space​​

    Said person is misinformed. They're all on my 'purchased' list and all reclaimable at will.

    I knew it had to be a temporary glitch, probably resulting from the cutsey games they played with this pack. From slow reveal, to overzealous post deletions, to sale, not sale, sale but not quite as good sale, to who knows if it will ever come back, to individuals ships probably won't ever..., to incorrect timers and dates. Yep, we had them all.

    I have no information or facts that confirm this. This is a educated guess. But with the announcement last week that PS4 will no longer get any more discounts for zen and will from now on only get item discounts in the store, I think this put I wrench in there plans for the release of the bundle for consoles. Not wanting to have one model for PC/Xbox and one for PS4. They did not say why they cannot offer the discount anymore only that it was beyond there controls. So I read that as licensing BS with Sony.

    They would want to release the bundle with the same marketing plan they did with the pc, but that is now impossible. So last minute planning probably took place last week and depending on the process may still be in the plan phase. I just hope they keep the price range for the bundle at $150 with both discounts. Now they will only be able to offer one discount through the bundle it self not the zen. With a default price of $300 with no discounts. That is out of my price range.

    I've seen nothing to support this claim that Consoles won't get Zen discounts anymore. Have you a link to it?

    Xbox had a sale on zen and store items 2 weeks ago. PS4 got screwed with no zen sale or announcement why until last week when Kael announced the current sale. It’s not a console issue it’s PS4. It was in the announcement Ambassador Kael posted for the sale notice last week for store sale that took place this past weekend. They gave PS4 users 15% store discounts since pc and xbox users got a 10% store discount plus a zen discount the week before.

    I've seen the Viz at a sane price when the Mudd's racket goes on "sale", like 24k Zen, right? So if the ships end up on there non-whales might be able to get them.

    I'll care about "legendary" ships when they have KDF and Romulan ships.

    That does sound like Sony is messing with offering Zen bonus sales.

    If they want to keep the April 7 release date on PS4 they might have to offer an extra discount to make up for no charge bonus. Or not.

    Agreed, I’m just hoping PS4 users don’t get screwed out of good release discount. I’ll pay the $150. I can get use of most of these ships if they are account unlocked. But $300 is a deal breaker.

    Probably the next time they realize sales are down then they'll put it on sale again.

    aside from the legendary ships just about everytime cryptic has given the feddies a new c-store ship they've given a klingon mirror.

    He does clearly say "it's not going away forever", but he is very vague about things otherwise with comments like "we will bring it back when we have a reason to". Imo I think they've already decided when that would be but want to keep it a surprise for now (my bet would be either an occasional weekend thing like the various other sales they rotate through, or a recurring anniversary C-Store item), the only thing that's probably still undecided is if they will add individual purchase options and, if so, what the pricing would be.

    Not always true, far as I know there's no KDF (or Romulan) version of the Gagarin. But lately there have been both Fed and KDF ships released. (However the Fed versions may include 2 skins while other factions may only have 1. Examples: Edison/Hoover, Somerville/Hernandez.)
