Unable to claim items earned during events

On Wednesday 08 JAN 2020, I attempted to claim the Zefram Cochrane shotgun from the Events tab/Reclaim/Ground Equip for one of my characters that didn't have it. The item in question wasn't even showing on the list of items that were available to be claimed.

I cycled through my list of characters, and found that the Mirror Universe Agony Field Rifle was also unavailable for some of my characters.

I have 5 characters that cannot claim one or both of the aforementioned items.

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    At the time these Event Projects were released, they were made available per character, not per account.
    If it's not showing up for a specific character, it's likely because that character didn't complete the Event Project.

    I was able to claim them on other characters on my account without having to re-run the events on each one. Additionally, I'm having an issue trying to claim the T6 version of the Veteran Reward ship. I'm confused as to why this is happening...

    I was able to claim those items Zefram Cochrane shotgun and Mirror Universe Agony Field Rifle on other characters. Those items were account unlocks.

    Those were eventually made Account Unlocks. My Discovery Character, who was born well after those Events, can claim them in the Event Reclaim Store under the Ground Items Tab.

    I checked my Discovery character, and it's not even listed in the reclaim tab of the Events Store....
