Star Trek Online: Species Traits 2.0 Revamp

Hello,

Does the developers had in mind of revamping species traits for STO? If so there a lot of things that can be improved for certain races.

For Example:
Vulcans need to have their nerve pinch reworked.
Liberated borgs are essentially useless. Neural blast barely doe anything to Ai/people, in ground regen for shield/hp needs a buff and in space also needs a buff for warp core efficiency. And give liberated borg team buffs since they are freed from the collective... now they feel like they belong with another group.
Humans need to have some better tactical traits with engineering.

They need to rework a lot of races that needed to have the right traits. These traits are outdated/useless, and especially other new features (content) in the game make the race traits like some kind of fruit cake.

People want to feel the races in STO to be unique individually. With their respective traits for both space and ground. I would like them to promote uniqueness for all the races in the game.

    Can you be more specific? What about Vulcan nerve pinch should be reworked? Do you have any specific proposals for ''improving'' the rest of the species traits in STO?

    Whenever I walk up to enemies and nerve pinch them. They are held within a second or 2 and then get cleared out of it. Or unlike a couple of years ago, when you nerve pinch an enemy they get held for 5-6 seconds and when you attack them they break out of it.

    I thought the whole idea of nerve pinch is to make the target unconscious .
