Reclaim 2017 Anniversary T6 Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel.

Hi, I was advised to report this bug here by your contact team.
I completed the 2017 anniversary event and earned the Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel T6. I have it on my main and reclaimed on my Klingon alt.
However I am unable to reclaim on any other alts I have.
I was told this is indeed a bug and to mention here also.

However, the Lukari Science Ship has been available in the Zen Store as a freebie on occasion and this will be why you have it on some characters and not on others.

"Upon claiming the Account-wide Epic Phoenix Ship Unlock today, I was going through my event unlocks for all of my characters. I have noticed that all four of my pre-Delta Recruit 2018 characters (Longreach, Asa, Sabrae, and T'Paar) have the Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel unlocked and in their ship inventory, however, all of my other characters do not have it and none of my characters seem to be able to claim it even though I completed the 2017-Year 7 Anniversary Event on at least one of my characters, if not all four of my pre-Delta Recruit 2018 characters. I know that I did not get the Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel out of a lock box or prize pack as the only Lukari ship that I have gotten through boxes/prize packs is the N'kaam Scout ship."

"Originally, I would have claimed the first Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel upon completing the 2017-Year 7 Anniversary Event on one of my pre-Delta Recruit 2018 characters (Longreach, Asa, Sabrae, and T'Paar), the other three would re-claimed the ship from the Endgame Reputations Sub Menu, Events Tab Store. I do not always claim my ships as soon as possible on a given character, due to Active Ship and Dry Dock limits, so I did not claim it on the following nine characters because I was getting other ships for them.
I have just rechecked the Zen Store Ships and Promotions Tabs, The Dilithium Store Reclaim Tab, and the Events sub-menu Reclaim Rewards - Ships Tab. I have also gone to the ESD Ship Vendor (I have not checked the KSD or Romulan Ship Vendors at this time). This ship is not shown on any of the store lists except for the Events sub-menu Reclaim Rewards - Ships Tab, where it is grayed out and and the "Buy Item" button is also grayed out."

"UPDATE:
I have found out that the Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel was not the ship offered on the console for the 2017-Year 7 Anniversary Event, it was the Tier 6 Krenim Science Vessel. The Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel was offered free as a C-Store Promotions tab ship during the 2018-Year 8 Anniversary Event.
This would have been when I originally claimed the Lukari Ho'Kuun-class Science Vessel. I have also double checked on the four characters that have this ship (Longreach, Asa, Sabrae, and T'Paar), and the ship does not show up in the C-Store Ships tab or Promotions tab. I do have two ships that do show up in the C-Store Promotions tab: the Blockade Runner Escort Retrofit: Steamrunner and the Kobali Samsar Cruiser. The two ships show up in the C-Store Promotions tab for all my characters and all my characters can claim them (Steamrunner is Federation only). Neither of these ships show up in the C-Store Ships tab, only the Promotions tab."

The initial post was made in error as to how the ship was to be claimed originally due to the Event Reclaim Ships tab states that "You must have completed the "Collect 2017 Anniversary Event Rewards" Event Reputation project on another character to claim this ship." Please note that the Kobali Samsar Cruiser in the Event Reclaim Ships tab states that "You must have completed the "Collect 2015 Anniversary Event Rewards" Event Reputation project on another character to claim this ship." This ship however, appears in my C-Store Promotions tab, and could not have been claimed via the Events sub-menu Reclaim Rewards - Ships Tab on consoles since the first console Anniversary Event was 2017."
Thank you to inferiority for pointing out that consoles received a different ship during the 2017-Year 7 Anniversary Event.
