  Other than the TOS-movie costumes, aren't those all readily available today? I know I've got all of them, and I don't recall buying any special costume packs...

  The person who wrote the article did not explain this very well. These "costumes" are in fact custom made saved costume files that you can download and then load in game, designed to look like the famous character from the shows. Pics were posted in this thread:
