Warp Core Failure status - permanently

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I'm experienced a Warp Core Failure status permanently displayed above the shield display for my ship. Is there any way to remove this? Is there an associated debuff/stat penalty associated with it?

    You taken on and advanced or Elite Queue and been blown up? Looks like a ship injury. Open up the status screen and go to your ship, see if if shows Injured! down the bottom. if so click that and if you have the components hit repair/repair all. Should fix it.

    The maintenance engineers in any decent Shipyard (K7, SB39, ESD, etc.) will also repair that damage.
