Missing T6 Coupon After Buyout

Hi there... so after discovering my recent faux pas on the status of event progression for the T6 coupon, I decided to buy it out. I went to the zen store using a lower level character (which I din't think would matter). The zen was deducted and the coupon disappeared from the store... but it has not materialised anywhere else. I've checked the event tab as well, but no dice...

Can anyone help? Submitted a ticket yesterday but not heard anything as yet.

    The way they set it up is once you buy it out, the coupon won't just appear in your inventory...

    You then have to go to EVENT tab, and also claim it. The BUYOUT itself only tops up the event currency, so find it and search out Claim the coupon.

    There's no option for that... it still just shows the meter half full.
